The Committee shall submit an annual plan of work to the Mayor and Town Council by March 1. The plan shall include past yearly accomplishments, the objectives and goals planned for the coming fiscal year, and a corresponding budget supporting the annual plan of work. The annual plan of work shall also include a plan for public outreach and education. The Committee, when requested by the Mayor and the Town Council, shall consider, investigate, make findings, report, and recommend upon any special matter of question within the annual plan of work. The Committee shall evaluate and make recommendations to landscape site plans for all proposed projects and subdivisions submitted to the Town Planning Commission, prior to their final approval.
