The Utilities Commission is a governing body that regulates the rates and services of a public utility. The Mayor and Council sit as the Utilities Commission and regularly scheduled meetings are held on the first Monday of the month, unless Monday is a holiday, then the meeting will be held the following Tuesday, unless otherwise announced.
