Chestertown Utilities Commission is thrilled to announce that our new customer web portal will go live on Monday November 3rd, 2025. Customers will go to the “Pay Utility Bill” button on the Home page, create a log in, link multiple accounts, set communication preferences, access online statements, account history, and set up auto pay with your credit or debit card.
